The 5-week virtual onboarding program is designed to equip newer business development employees with essential skills and knowledge for relationship-building, promoting financial well-being, and understanding the foundational principles of business development in the credit union movement. This program targets both SEG-focused employees and those responsible for community collaborations.

THIS ONBOARDING PROGRAM IS DESIGNED FOR:

TIME COMMITMENT:
Each session begins at 8:30 AM PST with 60 minutes of interactive instruction, plus up to 1 hour of self-paced exercises between sessions. If you miss a session, one individual 1:1 make-up can be arranged.
