After 16 years of leading JRF Consulting and BD NOW as a solo venture, Julie Ferguson is thrilled to announce that Deliana Gamez has joined as an Affiliate Consultant.
Ferguson and Gamez first met a decade ago when Ferguson was consulting on a business development project with CAFCU and Gamez had just joined the credit union’s business development team. “From that very first conversation, I knew she had incredible potential,” said Ferguson. “Since then, I’ve had the privilege of watching her career take off—building national partnerships at BCU, contributing her data-driven insights and passion for business development at CU Collaborate, and sharing her expertise at the BD NOW Innovation Summit and other industry events.”
Now joining forces under the JRF Consulting/BD NOW brand, Ferguson and Gamez are uniting their complementary strengths to expand opportunities for credit unions nationwide. “Deliana is a powerhouse leader with innovative ideas, a sharp analytical mind, and a passion for helping the business development community thrive,” added Ferguson. “We even share a mutual love of espresso, which means we’ll have no shortage of fuel for bold ideas.”
